When will I receive my order?
Shemmer & Shyne is a small family-run business located in Atlanta, GA. Orders are shipped out within 72 hours of completion. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Services Priority Mail flat rate shipping. Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service’s standard air service. Packages usually arrive at their domestic destination within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin.

If you plan to pick up your order, please use the promo code “LOCAL” at check out to have the shipping cost removed.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $75 will incur a non-refundable $11.00 Shipping & Handling charge.
Do you offer next-day air delivery?
Next day delivery is not available at this time but is something we look to offer our customers in the future. But again, orders within the southeast region of the United State typically take only 1-2 business days via UPS Ground shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. As our company grows we hope to be able to provide international shipping at a later date.
Handmade Butters & Balms-HEAT Warning
Our handmade products can be sensitive to extreme temperatures occurring during the summer months and should be removed from mailboxes or outside as soon as possible. We strongly suggest that you note your tracking information when placing orders to ensure they arrive on time and safely. During extreme weather, we reserve the right to hold orders for an additional 24 hours to prep for shipment. Should your order arrive and the hair butter/balm is “melted”, you may simply place the product in the refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes.
Return Policy and Procedure
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Shemmer & Shyne purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
• Please email your return issue to shemmerandshyne@gmail.com prior to returning the unused product(s) to:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.
• Please make sure to record your tracking number. Shemmer & Shyne cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
