The Company You Keep (Companion Planting)

I was watering one of my fig trees this morning. I planted Nasturtiums under this particular fig tree because they are excellent at deterring harmful pests in the garden. Nasturtiums repel predatory bugs like aphids, beetles and whiteflies, but attract pollinators. It's a win for me!

Finding the right kind of company can definitely contribute to your growth and success.   Finding the right companions for your fruits, plants, and veggies contributes to growth and a successful harvest.

Isn't it interesting how these two words are of the same family (root)…(Compan)y and (Compan)ions?
